Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Asian Markt reserves itself for possible price errors.

Delivery

We normally ship orders within 24 hours of placing the order on Monday to Thursday. The total delivery time is normally 1-3 days, depending on the time of day the order was placed and the distance to the delivery address, some locations take two days to reach.

Unclaimed packages

Packages that cannot be delivered and are returned to Asian Market due to for example incorrect address or telephone number, a fee of SEK 200 incl. VAT to cover Asian Market costs for transport and administration.

If you have not heard anything from the carrier after 5 working days, it is your responsibility to contact us and we will track the shipment before it is returned.

Payment

Together with Klarna and their integrated payment solution, we offer secure and fast payment. Swish, Card or invoice.

Stock error

We do everything to ensure that our stock balances are 100% correct. In the event of a stock balance error/card best before the date, we will contact you to find a solution that suits you.

Guaranteed good date!

We guarantee good best before dates. If you are dissatisfied with the date on a product, we offer free returns if the product has a shorter shelf life than 3 months. Contact info@asianmarket.one and we will help you.

Right of withdrawal of food

When ordering food, unfortunately, there is no right of cancellation. See excerpt from the Distance and Home Sales Act – “When the right of withdrawal does not apply.”

Order reviews

14 days after your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a request to leave a review on your products. Your name will be published in connection with your review. Answering is voluntary and if you wish not to receive this e-mail, leave that information in “Notes” at checkout.

Complaint

If something is broken or opened upon delivery, contact info@asianmarket.one or call 0733 999 002 and customer service will take care of your complaint immediately.

The right of withdrawal in general

Open purchase only applies to products that are not considered food. Open purchase 14 days after order received. The product must be in unaltered condition in original packaging with any accessories.

When returning other products, the following applies

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We can provide a return shipping with DHL for SEK 89, which is deducted from the returned amount, this assumes that you have access to your own printer. Save your delivery receipt – remember that you are responsible for return shipping! When returning, email: info@asianmarket.one to get a waybill.

If abnormal delivery delays occur

We notify you of this by e-mail or telephone. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays that occur due to carrier. We only deliver within Sweden.

Printing error

We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. We also reserve the right for any typing and printing errors on this website. Asian market reserves the right to adjust any price errors.

Tables of contents

We do everything to ensure that the table of contents on the website is correct. If the website’s information differs from the product’s, the information on the product applies. If you have the slightest doubt or if this is discovered, contact us.
