1. Generally

These General Customer Terms and Conditions apply between the consumer (“You”) and AsianMarket(“Network Store”) when selling products through the Store’s e-commerce store (“Network Store”). By checking the appropriate box in the Online Store, you agree to the content of these terms and conditions and certify the accuracy of the information provided.

To shop in the Online Store, you must be of legal age and have the right to enter into agreements.
AsianMarket AB provides services to the Store for handling the Online Store.

You can shop in the Online Store as follows:
• As a logged-in customer – You who have registered information on AsianMarket website (www.AsianMarket.se) according to the terms stated there. As a logged-in customer, you can choose to save payment information.

2. Order confirmation, change and cancellation of orders

2.1 Order confirmation
Once the Store has received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you a e-mail.


2.2 Change and cancellation of orders
If you are logged in as a customer, you can make changes, additions, and cancellations to your order in the online store until the cutoff time specified on the order confirmation. Please remember to check out your order when you have finished making changes or additions. Failure to do so will result in your order not being delivered. Pong Market has the right to charge you for the order value of damaged products and costs related to shipping and delivery handling incurred by Pong Market as a result of non-receipt or non-collection.

3. Goods

3.1 Product information
Some product information about individual goods is presented in the online store in connection with the purchase of the product. For complete product information as well as the date of manufacture and / or best before date, refer to the packaging of the product.


3.2 Out of stock
The goods that are exposed in the Online Store at the time of order are stored. Stock balance can be changed from time of order until order is picked. If an ordered item is not in stock when the order is picked, this item will start from the order and the order will be credited to the value of the item.

4. Prices

The price for the goods ordered is the price that applies on the day of your order or when you last changed your order, with reservation for any printing errors or other errors in the online store’s offer. All prices are quoted including VAT. Any mortgage is added to the price when the item is paid.

4.1 Products with weight price
For goods sold individually or in bulk, where the price is based on its weight (“weight goods”), the price of the weight goods per unit of weight is stated. The exact price is determined when the order has been picked and the weight goods are weighed, whereby the price is adjusted based on the actual weight.


4.2 Bags
The store can charge for the bags in which the food is packed. The price per bag is then stated on the Nätbutiken. The number of cashes is determined when the order is picked and you thus pay for the number of cashes required to pick the order. In order to take into account the cost of the bags that may be needed, a supplement of 2% of the total value of the shopping basket is reserved.

4.3 Price for pick-up and home delivery

4.4 Member points
When you act as a logged-in customer, you receive membership points, membership prices and personal offers regardless of the payment method.


5. Payment

Payment is made through Klarna and its payment options you see in the online store.

6. Delivery

The store can offer delivery by pick-up in one of the selected Pong Group’s selected restaurants or through home delivery, and also be sent as a package. The delivery options and terms that apply are stated in the Online Store.
Your goods are considered to be delivered when You, or the authorized person that You have specified in the order, received the goods at home delivery or picked them up in the chosen restaurant.
To ensure that Your goods are picked up or received by You or another authorized person, the carrier has the right to request proof of identification and / or order confirmation. The carrier has the right to refuse delivery of the goods if such document cannot be shown. When paying by invoice, such identification checks always take place. If another person receives your goods, they need to show both their own and your identification. Upon request and approval of You, goods may in certain cases be delivered outside Your door.

6.1 Pick-up in selected restaurant
When picking up at the ‘selected restaurant,’ this should be done within the delivery window that you have received through SMS delivery information. Please pick up frozen and refrigerated items within 24 hours and dry goods within 48 hours. Detailed pickup location information is provided in the online store.

6.2 Home Delivery Stockholm
Home delivery takes place within the selected delivery interval to the address you specified, or to another delivery address that you specified when the order was executed. You are responsible for the carrier’s access to the delivery address (in vehicles and on foot).

Depending on road conditions and traffic, the time of home delivery may need to be adjusted. If you deviate from the selected delivery interval, you are contacted at the specified telephone number.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information (phone number, email address, and any other required information). If the information provided in your registration (phone number, email address, and any other required information) does not match, Pong Market store reserves the right to charge the order value for damaged product quality, as well as associated transportation costs and delivery-related fees. For redelivery of orders, additional transportation costs will apply. 6.3 Delivery Sweden
When it comes to the delivery of postal packages, these items are collected from a selected pickup location near you. When choosing “Delivery by Postal Package,” items such as refrigerated, frozen, and fresh goods cannot be ordered. If you have not collected your items, Pong Market reserves the right to charge you for the order value of damaged products and costs related to shipping and delivery handling. 6.4 Not received or retrieved item
If you do not receive your goods within the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately. Contact information can be found on the online store or order confirmation.

For frozen and fresh goods, they must be collected within 24 hours after delivery, while dry goods should be collected within 48 hours. If you fail to notify us at Pong Market that you cannot collect the goods, we reserve the right to charge for the order value, damage to the quality of the goods, transportation costs, and associated delivery fees. For delayed collection of frozen and fresh goods, you will be responsible for any damage to the quality.

If you have received a notification of the expected delivery time, please make sure to be at home to receive your package. We at Pong Market will not leave the package outside your door without your consent, and the order will be returned to the transport company. If you agree to have the package left outside your door, you assume the risk of loss. However, for returned orders, we reserve the right to charge for the order value, damage to the quality of the goods, transportation costs, and associated delivery fees. 7. Complaint, return and right of withdrawal

7.1 Complaints and returns
If a product is defective, missing, or does not match the order details, you can first log into your account on https://AsianMarket.se, check your order history, and if there are no changes, please file a complaint within 12 hours after receiving the goods. For issues related to quality and damage, you are required to provide photographic evidence and retain the original product while waiting for our response. Otherwise, the complaint will not be accepted. 7.2 Return Policy
According to the law on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises (SFS 2005: 59), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the goods (the “cancellation period”). However, such a right of withdrawal does not apply, for example, to food, newspapers or magazines.

7.3 The effect of the right of withdrawal
If you need to return a product, you must bear the return shipping costs for the original packaging. Items received through home delivery can only be returned through postal agents. In the case of returned items, Pong Market reserves the right to charge for the order value, transportation costs, and related handling fees in the event of damage to the product’s quality.

In exercising the right of withdrawal, the Store repays the value of goods covered by the right of withdrawal, including delivery costs or a proportionate share thereof. The store reserves the right to make a deduction in case you have used the product and this has affected the nature, property and function of the product. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the Store receives returned goods.

Upon refund, the store will use the same credit card used for payment, at no cost to You. If you purchased goods against an invoice but have not yet paid the invoice, the Store will notify Klarna of the return and the invoice will be adjusted accordingly. If you paid for an invoice, Klarna will contact you for payment information.

9.2 Unforeseen incident
In the event of delayed or non-delivery, which is not due to You, the Store may in certain circumstances be exempted from completing the delivery in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990: 932).


9.3 Dispute
If you and the Store do not agree, you can report the matter to the General Complaints Board (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se, which deals with disputes between consumers and traders free of charge. The store participates in the dispute settlement process and follows ARN’s recommendations.
